Was taken back by the deposit for accidentals as I was told I could pay 20.00 cash or use a card to put on file,the 20.00 would be given back when I checked out but using a i later found out took 50.00 dollars off my card of course it will eventually be refunded. This however was a major inconvenience being on a extremely small budget. We get to the room and the air conditioner is making so much racket you could barely hear anyone speak. We turned that off and went to bed. The Bed was nice comfy and clean, however the lack of Wi-Fi and coffee pot in the room is confusing since there was a microwave and a nice sized mini fridge. Those small details and noisy A/C didn’t help an already frustrating night at all.

When we checked in we were not given a wifi password and didn't have enough towels and washcloths for everyone. I called later that evening and was told i had to come to lobby, rhey couldn't tell me over the phone the password and i needed to come get towels if i needed them. I went down, i didn't get washcloths for everyone because they were "running low "!!! Really? The next morning we left before 7 am, came back around 1, our towels were all gone and not replaced. I called, i had to go down to the lobby again. They gave me tiny towels! Not bath towels, loke kid sized or something. Still not enough washcloths. Not the cleanest. The desk gentleman was just short answers and not helpful. The young girl in the mornings was nice but definitely not much help. They offer absolutely nothing but a bed and shower. I honestly hoped for at least nice towels and friendly service, very disappointing

Overall condition was okay, but toilet was not installed correctly and rocked. Not enough towels provided and those in the room had stains and wear holes. Light switch didn't turn on any lights.

We checked in sheets were dirty asked front desk to change our sheets they told us we could come down and get some because I didn’t have staff to change them for me two bars of soap as a toiletry. Checked out a day early would not refund the day because they said it was through Expedia. I travel for work all I need is a place to lay my head at the end of the day. But I still want my bed to be clean don’t recommend if you have to stay more than a day

Nice over nighter for traveling
Our stay was brief, just an over nighter and continued our traveling the next morning. It was quite. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The only thing that took me aback was when I took a shower there was a dried used bar of soap in the soap holder.

May be the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in! Very impressive. One big issue was the heater. Very noisy and slow. It took well over a hour before the room got up to a reasonable temp.

It wasn't anything special, but we were there for a whole day with nothing to do and did enjoy the pool. The chairs where broken, but we made it work and were able to relax and soak up the sun.

The property was nice. The room was clean, for the most part. The bathroom could have used a little more attention than it had received, but it wasn't horrible. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The AC worked so well it was freezing us out, but when we turned it off, it didn't get really hot like some places do. It did stay comfortable. We had plenty of hot water for showers, the ice machine was convenient, as was parking. The only complaint that I had was that the woman at the front desk during the day was a little rude. I called to ask her why the WiFi wasn't working and she said it was. I told her that my computer and my phone were showing that there was no internet. She stated that there was something wrong with my phone and computer because she had internet. I let her know that I was not trying to access the office internet, but was trying to access the guest wifi and she still insisted that my devices were not working properly and that she couldn't help me because she didn't know about such things. She finally said she would speak to the manager and about an hour later, they he called to let me know the problem had been fixed and sure enough, I was able to get online. It wasn't a HORRIBLE experience, but the woman did get testy at first. The manager was super nice.

No light on here!
So the people that work there are very friendly and the rooms were clean.... BUT my room had a few issues and at almost 2am I figured I would mention it to cleaning staff the following day. So 1st off the heater/air unit had a horrible smell when it turned on. Next was awesome... The light in bathroom did not work at all and the hall light only 1 bulb and it flickered. So it was interesting to take a shower in the dark, and when I mentioned to housekeeping she said she would let them know so they could come in to fix it and nothing! So 2 nights and no friggin light in bathroom is definitely not leaving a light on! Not sure if it is an electrical issue or just to cheap to put bulbs in rooms but that was a dark room. Not sure if I would stay again or not cause there was some rude ass guest that just let their pets do their business where ever. But hotel is more worried about dogs that make noise... I don't have a dog so I would prefer your dog doesn't piss on my truck rims, lucky I didn't send my husband to piss on your truck. Think she was an actual resident of the motel, her and her Chiweenie thing and that busted ass Dodge truck she started up at 6am with not exhaust!
