"Breakfast was too cold"

"Very clean rooms, friendly staff, and plenty to do. We took a short bike ride to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea for drinks and food, which was a great experience. We also Ubered to Glitch Bar—it's a bit farther out, but definitely worth it. We spent our evenings relaxing by the pool until 10pm and really enjoyed the bar there too. We’ll definitely be staying again and bringing the kids next time!. "

"I stayed this recent weekend for my son’s 5th birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We had an oceanfront room, there’s a separate living room area from the bedroom and 2 bathrooms it was just what I wanted. From the direct beach access from the hotel, and 2 complementary drinks each night it was amazing. We also had 2 chairs for the day at the beach, and towels included. You can rent an umbrella for your chairs for $15 which isn’t too bad if you plan to be out there all day. We also had complimentary breakfast each morning, the pool was perfect and it was in a great spot for exploring the local areas. I would definitely stay again. "

"Mediocre staff, great location, a fee at every corner."

"Staff was friendly, room was clean by most standards however the bathroom needed a renovation. Drywall and caulk issues as well some rust around the metal door frame. There are a lot of trees right up against the building so I did two termites in our room. The fan in the bathroom is on some kind of timer or something so it was running a lot with no way to turn it off and it was loud. "

"The room was clean, bedding nice, breakfast good. But they have to mention that there is a property fees 45 per day, plus parking fees 44 per day. They send this information after you booked and get confirmation for booking, so…. They have to be clear with all fees. If you book for a week it is additional 700$ plus you have to give tips for the servers… so count before booking."

"The bathroom was dirty when we got there and the sink would not drain, we asked to have it cleaned, and that never got done. We also requested towels and never got them. I stayed here several times before and it’s definitely gone downhill. There was no manager on site and the staff was not really very helpful although they were kind, they seemed understaffed ?"
