Welcome to our Florida Paradise! Beautifully renovated, Open concept, 3 bedroom Plus Office/Den/4th Bedroom and 2 bathroom Heated Pool Home in Coral Springs.
Features awesome vaulted ceilings that make the house very spacious and open, Updated kitchen with the built-in stainless steel appliances, an enormous kitchen island and all kitchenware you might need. Freshly renovated bathrooms with hi-end features. Huge 75" Smart TV in the Living Room with enormous Sectional couch.
Spacious Main Bedroom with the French doors features King Size Bed, 2 night tables, 55" TV, Sliding door to the pool, Walk-in closet and updated bathroom with walk-in shower that leads to the Pool as well.
2nd bathroom with full bathtub.
2nd Bedroom features 1 Queen Bed, 2 night stands, and 55" TV.
3rd Bedroom features 1 double Bed with the Pull out Twin Bed for your extra guest, and a Bunk Bed (two level kids bed with twin mattresses and mounted in TV).
Office/Den/4th Guest Bedroom features Office Desk and Chair as well as Sectional Couch that converts quickly and easily into a spacious pull out double bed.

Backyard features Huge in-ground Pool, which can be heated if desired as an option for winter months for you for an extra fee. Newly installed Kids Pool Fence for extra protection. New Sectional Outdoor set under the roof with the outdoor Dining Table, 3 loungers and a Weber BBQ for all your sun entertainment and BBQ needs.
Laundry – in-suite washer and dryer machines in the garage.
Parking – private driveway for 4 cars. Please note: Garage Parking is not available. Owner's car is stored there while we are away.
Everything you might need for your sunny get away. Bedding and towels, pool toys, couple beach chairs and umbrella for your beach needs.
Wonderful and quiet neighborhood with many restaurants and parks you may wish for within just a short drive as well as
30 min drive to the multiple Beaches of your choice (Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Lauderdale-by –the Sea, Las Olas Beach, Hollywood Boardwalk, Boca Raton Beach,) and

Other things to note
Infants and children of all age are welcome. Note re child proofing: Pool has a child pool fence installed as an extra protection, you can remove it yourself, if needed, but Guest should understand that no special childproofing arrangements to be made the property prior to your arrival, and accept the risk and/or harm to any children/infants that are on the property.

Backyard pool safety tips:

Establish pool rules and remember important safety matters:

- Swim with a buddy.
- Ensure children are supervised by an adult at all times.
- No diving in shallow water. Swimmers should always enter the water feet-first.
- Remember: alcohol or drugs and swimming don't mix.
- Water toys and water wings are not a substitute for supervision and are not PFDs.
- All above-ground portable or kiddie pools should be emptied or access restricted (e.g., remove ladder) when not in use.

No pets, sorry, due to allergies.

For winter months pool heating can be provided at an additional fee. We recommend that you make a request a few days in advance and we will turn on the heater prior to your arrival/desired date to make sure it is ready for you as pool is large it takes quite some time to heat it up.
