"Wonderful place to stay, great location for branching out in the Iowa city area. The staff were amazing, always greeting you with a smile and ready to help at a moment’s notice. The bar is well stocked and the young lady tending bar was so sweet I will not hesitate to stay there again the next time we are in town."

"The place is right in the center of things, across the road for Coral Ridge Mall, and less than a couple miles from UI campus. Staff was friendly, the place is clean and well kept. Public areas are inviting. The breakfast was very good, and the little market area was helpful. Their pool is very nice, and much more than a rectangular hole with water, and the hot tub was not only functioning (so many hotels have broken or closed ones) but it was high pressure and spacious. Highly recommend for the overall experience regardless of price, but the price added extra value."

"DISAPPOINTED. I made my reservation through hotels.com, paid for the reservation, received a confirmation number, and receive the receipt of payment for the room. When I arrived at the hotel they had no record of my reservation. I attempted the contact hotels.com directly through your AI assistant, and receive no response. I was then forced to pay again for the room directly to the hotel. I find this to be completely unacceptable and expect someone to contact me directly to resolve this issue as soon as possible."
