"The staff were incredibly helpful, the place was immaculate and looked like a picture, even down to the level of shaking leaves off trees so they didn't fall on the grass. Pools views and bars were all stunning, Pools were clean and warm , plenty to keep the kids busy in the pool. The reef off the hotel was stunning and teaming with life. Would definitely go back."

"This property in 20/10 Very good staff everybody is very special with you, the cocktails are very good quality, also the reception do early check in without pay, and later check out again with no payment. This Hotel seems like is taking care about your customers, that in Sharm el Sheik other resort they only want money, but with Jaz Elite is perfect, they always want to make you happy!!!! I will go back to this hotel is amazing and the food excellent very tasty and soooooo nice!!!"

"Hotel actually exceeded my expectations, I was a bit hesitant at first before booking, however all in all services, staff, reception, lobby, were very good. Food was good. Recommended for families, not completely for solo travellers. Shuttle buses to private beaches accessible, soho square and old market also accessible every other day. Only remark was the fridge, too old and needs a change, beds were OK. Pick ground floor with quick access to the pool in the quiet zone/area, you’ll thank me later."

The room was always spotless and perfectly clean, and I truly appreciate the hard work of the housekeeping staff. The room was beautiful, and the view was absolutely amazing. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!"

"The staff were amazing. Friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and plentiful with a wide range of cuisines. So many options for swimming, snorkelling, diving and relaxing. Finally, the on site doctor is worthy of his own mention. My wife and son were ill for a couple of days (no fault of the hotel) and he treated them professionally and with care and consideration to get them back to health. A highly recommended resort and hotel."

"This was a quick stop on my way back home. It was a really seamless experience and I had no issues! Good proximity to some of the must-see attractions in Sharm. The only difficult piece was that the rental was difficult for cabs and excursion vans to find. It was easy to get to a more locatable place within that same complex and didn’t end up being a huge issue."

"- I tried to make the most out of the amenities - gym was really nice to have there for a quick workout. Pools were also nice and clean overall. - Some staff were rude, however, most were okay to deal with.. - There was a variety of food options at the restaurant inside the hotel, but not much for breakfast. They are strict on time - so make sure you’re not late for the times listed (they will not accept that you are late and will probably tell you to have to pay for your food from the bar at the pool..) Overall would say it’s not worth the nightly price tbh - it should be around 1,200 EGP MAX a night (not more)"
