The room was spotless. Everything was great - the view was spectacular from our room. We loved this hotel. It was close to Ravello Square and also very accessible to the other Amalfi towns. The staff members were excellent. Francesca was warm and friendly. She always had a smile to greet you. Five stars to Hotel Graal!
Also, they arranged for a taxi to Napoli for us. The driver, Gino, was excellent. He took his time on the many curvy roads and was a true tour guide.

It had few problems. It smelled of stagnant puddle or sewer water or wet dog. I believe it came from the central air. It came on everytime you took the card out of the power thing.
