Hi! We have taken this conversation at the hotel, but now that you choose to post it online, the same answer I gave you here at the hotel comes in short form: Your behavior towards our staff here at the hotel has been something near unacceptable. You had been at the hotel for less than 30 minutes when you accused Nikolaj (who is mixed race) of being a racist and that you wanted him fired, when you did not get your wish for a free upgrade. From here it went downhill with the communication. When I confronted you with your behavior, you also accused me of being racist. We do not judge people on their race, religion, gender or sexual orientation, BUT their behavior! In conclusion, I would like to point out that several of the people you have accused of racism are themselves minorities groups. So from one minority group to another, please dont accuse people of discrimination because you do not get your will, one may be dissatisfied, but when playing a minority card it must be because it is justified in the situation. Misuse of words like racism, thins out the meaning of the word, and makes it much less meaningful when used correctly. Regards
