Wasn’t impressed, the hotel is advertised as luxury yet room looked dated, bath was old with limescale and there was mould on tiles. We were top floor yet had lots of noise from the street at the back of the hotel, especially on a Saturday night, windows barely concealed any noise. The room had a small, cheap plastic kettle that was not clean and only black tea. Some of the duvets were stained so we had to ask for them to be replaced. Positives are the location next to the train station and room was spacious with comfortable beds.

I have tried to contact this property due to black mould and the room was dirty with a football card behind the tv, blood/poo or coffee spots on the wall, the bathroom being dirty and blond hairs in the room (we are not blond) that’s just a snap shot of complaints. I have tried three times to contact this property and have images as well. No response. Black mould was fully formed around the window and is a health risk!

It says it is a 4 star hotel, but nothing stood out as making worthy of 4 stars. My upgraded room had a thin width balcony that overlooked an empty lot?!? but that was it. The bed came with one twin sized duvet- for a double bed -and two small (almost travel sized) lumpy pillows. The room was small which was fine, but both the chairs in the room were stained. The bathroom had basic soap dispenser pumps for shampoo/conditioner combo in the shower, and very perfume smelling lotion by the sink. Towels were standard, stuff hotel towels. The closet was not big enough to fit even a carry on luggage, let alone a full size luggage or its contents. Rooms only got cleaned if you asked 20 hours in advance which is fine/green, but at least the trash should be checked daily in my opinion because it was just a tiny waste bin. My mini fridge did not get cold, but I ended up unplugging it anyways (along with the coffee/teapot that was turning on and on and burning during the night). I let them know I unplugged both because one was malfunctioning and the outlet sparked. Hopefully, they checked that out. I was not offered another room or any type of discount for the lack of having a mini fridge to use. I did ask for earplugs as well, because my room/the entire 6th floor had a loud energy/power humming sound. The front desk did provide me those and were all pleasant people. The hotel is near a metro station, the central train station, restaurants, and Tivoli Gardens-which was nice.

Clean, safe, good staff. Only thing that didn't measure up to standard was the sofa bed, Not comfortable, especially for 2. A couple of issues with the room were rectified promptly after advising the front desk. Would definitely use this hotel again. Breakfast was excellent!

Excellent location, friendly staff, and right across street from train station. The breakfast and restaurant were excellent also. I would definitely stay here again. Elevators were a little off, but I prefer the stairs anyway.

Arrived very early. Asked if we could put our luggage in safe place but was offered free early check in which was excellent!! Went up to our room and the room was clean but had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom and it affected the whole room so immediately asked for a move which given immediately. New room problem was that the heating didn’t work so the room was freezing. We went out for the day hoping it would heat up and on our return contacted reception about fixing it when it was still freezing. They sent up an employee who said it wasn’t working and we could move room again. We didn’t have time as we were going back out and they said they would compensate another way but we never received anything. All staff were very helpful and pleasant but hotel needs a bit of an overhaul in my opinion.

An older hotel with very friendly and helpful staff (I informed the front desk that the battery in my TV remote was dead, and a man came to my room and fixed it within minutes). Our room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. They require guests to reserve a time for breakfast as well as room cleaning through an app, which we didn't mind and the system worked perfectly for us. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice hotel, central location. We upgraded to exec room and had plenty of space and 2 bath rooms and balcony (but December so didn't need that. Got 20% discount via Hotels.com on dinner in Italian restaurant. Only, downside was the safe we too small so cannot store a laptop. Definitely coming back to here if going to CPH again.

If looking for good location but…
Great location by Tivoli. Room is small. Appreciated the tub. Need to upgrade towels. Found it weird bathroom and plumbing of water draining so loud. Probably because drain on floor. Other reviews said location is noisy which is very true. Nothing hotel can do, but FYI. Hot water turned off for work during day. Supposed to come back on at 8:30 on. Didn’t in my room. Bummer as I absolutely hate cold showers.

Great central location. Room was not as expected (triple is a double with a roll down bed). No “frills” at all: toiletries, extra pillows, view choice, mini fridge, etc.,V basic tea & coffee making facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful enough. Italian restaurant was really lovely and food choice good and tasty. On a positive note, we were able to check in early and given an extra hour to check out.

Near to metro station. Lifts were quite small. There was a slight hiccup where they assigned a room with 1 bed, when the booking was for 2 beds, but staff were quick to correct it.
