Clean, well appointed, friendly and courteous staff. Wonderful breakfast options (especially in pastries) and a gorgeous view from our room. All of this made our 7 night stay very memorable.

Very nice hotel, really enjoyed the breakfast, city centre and lots of restaurants a 15 to 20 minute walk away but also a bus route on main road, next to a shopping centre which was very nice also had a supermarket in it which was very handy is next to a busy main road but this wasn’t a problem for us

VIP room not that great given how small it was. Room was well heated and had a bath and patio overlooking water which was nice. However, hotel has policy to go out of its way not to clean rooms first 4 days of trip which is ridiculous. Overall, room way too small.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. Its worth spending on balcony water view. The hotel is clean and a 15-18 min walk or 5-9 min bike ride to everything in Copenhagen. They are strict on AC and heating rules in the hotel. Restaurant hours are just ok. Everything else is stunning!

Hotel is 5 mins walkable to nearby shopping mall , train station , Tivoli etc …it is very cosy and has a good buffet breakfast . However , they do not do daily housekeeping .

Hotel after our Christmas Party
Reserved a room after our Company Christmas party for my wife and I. The reception was very pleasant and welcoming we will be back it is our favorite hotel in Copenhagen

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location by the harbour and beautiful view from the rooms. Sadly, bed headrest and bathroom walls had cracks and flaking paint which should have been spotted. Also the extremely dirty mugs brought to the room from room service. Room could have been better kept in terms of maintenance but overall a lovely stay and walkable into city centre (20mins).

Nice hotel, Good location 2 mins from the city centre from the metro station opposite. Good shopping mall next door. Hotel was nice and modern with a good breakfast!

The hotel was in a good location. With a 20 minute walk from the centre. Staff were very friendly and accomadating as we asked for a room with 2 singles instead of a double, no problem Hotel was bright and very clean and nreakfast was all fresh with great choice

The hotel was easy to get to, clean, and staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative for me is that it is some distance from the city centre, so you need to factor that in when booking.

I arrived at the Copenhagen airport around 9am and got to the hotel at 10am or so. I planned to leave my luggage there if no room was available for me. The hotel staff did help me get a room and I really appreciated that. I was able to rest at 4am the U.S. Eastern Time, after an overnight flight from Washington D.C. to Copenhagen. The morning after, I saw a couple with an infant in their arms, seemingly just arrived, exiting the elevator and heading to their room. So I think the staff tried their best to offer early check-in to long distance guests. Room was clean, area was quiet, restaurant had nice view looking toward the city center. Overall, it was a good stay for me!

Great location right on the harbor. A netted off section of the harbor serves as a lovely outdoor pool. Front desk gentleman extremely helpful with detailed directions in using the train to get back to the airport. Hotel has bike rental for $25 a day, but I’d recommend using the donkey app to rent, about 1/3 the price. Also to save money go ahead and add the breakfast buffet at time of booking, it’s much more expensive done Individually

We liked the location, overlooking one of the many Canals in Copehagen. We didn't feel breakfast was worth the money so after trying it 1 day we ventured out for the rest of the trip to local coffee houses/cafe's. Great location, not far to the centre, maybe 20 min walk. Shopping centre next door with variety of eating places/coffee shops.
