In the private rooms, the toilette is VERY small, the shower is almost on top of the WC, which is very inconvenient and the floor gets easily wet. No wiping tools. The mattresses are very thin, bad for sleeping. There isn't a kitchen in the hostel, which is key for people that go to hostels basically. No fridge, no microwave, nothing to cook. Only a kettle in the room but the amenities are not enough for the people in the room. We were 4 and we had 3 towels, 3 coffees and tea PER STAY not even per night. Wouldn't go again

Room wasn't serviced when I arrived: used towels, used soap, a full bin, hair in the drain and on the bed, unwashed plates and utensils in the sink. The shower was in a wetroom but the door would leak. Limited privacy from other guests with the thin walls and a very small room. I was charged to store my bags before check-in. The area is nowhere near anything and it's a long walk from the metro. Highlights: the bed was comfy, the water was warm, and it was cheap. You get what you pay for.

Good walking and transport links, studio apartment has everything you need for a short work related stay and the mini-kitchen helps avoid paying for eating out all the time if on a budget. Superb, patient reception staff, particularly the night shift staff. Area is a bit quiet and desolate but in easy reach of city. Massive complex of easily 1000 rooms with narrow corridors and doors close together, you can hear neighbours open their door almost like it's yours, but once in room ok.

When I arrived they had down graded my reservation- I had to pay extra to get the room I originally reserved. No free breakfast. Paid breakfast very mediocre and overpriced. Room never cleaned properly.

Staff were excellent but very over stretched out of hour's, a big hotel for 1,2 people to run , not fussed on the shower and loo being so close together as floor is wet when the shower has been used and then you need the loo, hotel lovely and warm and overall enjjoyed our stay, beds very comfortable, very nice breakfast buffet restaurant, rooms small but very well planned, bit like staying at Ikea but that is the concept,, Copenhagen a great place would definitely go back

Small rooms but with all necessary amenities
The room was really small and without ideal ventillation/air-conditioning (only the window could be opened), hence would not be suitable to stay in for the full day. However, the wi-fi connection (password-protected) worked well, same as all the necessary appliances, and the general setting was comfortable in proportion to the price levels for similar accommodation options in Copenhagen. The weekly cleaning is an environmentally friendlier alternative to the daily hotel-based cleaning, though it could have reduced the accommodation price a little more than it did. Overall, I can recommend the property for shorter or mid-length stays for those who do not mind rooms of very small size.

Very disappointing
Queue for everything, collect a number and stand in line, from booking in to ordering a drink or snacks. Staff friendly enough, but that was it. Untidy and unclean reception, poor lounge facilities and drinks out of miniature bottles, no ice and limited drinks available. Less than a budget hotel. Would not go back or recommend.

The room we booked was the small type so we didn't expect a 5 star experience for the price paid, however we didn't expect to have to put towels on the bathroom floor to prevent water from flooding into the main room when we showered This was due to having no shower basin but just a drain in the floor for the water to flow into, hence water not draining fast enough and having to use the towels. We stayed for 4 nights and during this time the room wasn't cleaned once, the bins in the bathroom and main room weren't emptied and no fresh towels were provided during the whole stay. We were up and out of the hotel by 9am and weren't arriving back until around midnight so informed reception of tgis, unfortunately nothing was done about this. Copenhagen is a beautiful city and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there but wouldn't use this hotel again

This hotel was more like a poor quality motel, no coffee or tea in the rooms. The front desk personnel are not friendly. If you're staying longer than a couple of days, they treat you like a second class citizen and you're treated like criminal for asking for towels. They only provide housekeeping service one a week and charge you extra money for towels. There's a front desk personnel name Martin, who was extremely rude and obnoxious. He demanded that I pay for towels, I had been there 5 days and had 11 more days here at this horrible service hostel like wannabe hotel. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. They have no customer service mentality when they work for a service industry. If people like us stop staying at their hotel, they'd lose their jobs. So how can they be rude and think it's okay to continue working there. Bad service is the ultimate worst thing for the hospitality industry. The CABINN Copenhagen needs to retrain their hotel staff. It's a serious problem when staff think they have the power over their customers, holding towels as hostage in exchange for money. Something, that's supposed to be provided by all hotels. I had already paid for all 16 nights, totally regretted staying at this place. My experience here was a nightmare.

Positive : The Gym Negative : These hotel rooms are far to expensive for what you get. Toilet and shower only seperated by a curtain. Like living in a caravan. No one spoke Danish No advice on where to recharge an EV, one of the hotel staff just said "I think we might have one our parking but I don't if it works". Breakfeast too expensive. windows very dirty.

Good for the price and a safe and clean place to sleep. Small room, might not be best for longer than a few days. The walls in my hotel were dirty, I don’t think it’s cleaned or maintained regularly (just scuff marks and stains) otherwise, great to have a fridge and microwave and separate sink with things for meals. Small work area if needed and perfect for adventuring during the day and having somewhere private to sleep at night
