"Exceeded expectations. Very clean & comfortable. All appliances were new & worked prefectly. A/C a little loud but it's to be expected. They took time with the little things that made you feel welcomed - a little note, extra items, towels with decorative folds. You always have that moment driving to a new place, hoping it will be as it looked when you saw it online. "The property was peaceful and beautiful. It was rustic but the owners had provided quite a few up to date amenities. There was a keurig, extra bathroom supplies, phone chargers (this was greatly appreciated!!). Comfy beds and the water pressure was amazing!"

"We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this house, especially for families traveling with kids and pets.The location was fantastic—about 20 minutes from downtown Traverse City, 40 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes, and only 15 minutes from Costco and Meijer. It was easy to get just about anywhere we wanted to go while still coming back to a very quiet neighborhood.The house was exactly as described and perfectly clean when we arrived.
