This property was totally misrepresented. Verbo had the wrong address listed, the property was actually on the other side of town. It took multiple phone calls to confirm correct address.The property was listed as walking distance to various locations when in fact it was not-- ie: Mingus Park. 8 min walk-- it was over an hour walk Coos Bay Boardwalk. 12 min walk- it was 50 min walk Coos river. 5 min walk. it was over an hour I knew the property was going to be below standards but the location was worth settling for a little less as we specifically wanted walking distance.Also in the listing it showed pull out sofa bed in living room- no sofa bed, hair dryer- no hair dryer, I had to go buy one.The house had very low ceilings and doorways, my son had to duck down going from room to room.I expected more from VERBO. The property itself was a disappointment.I'm not sure who is responsible for the misrepresentation-- VERBO or ' The Evolve Team' who are listed as HostsI did have a conversation with the owner ( I believe was the owner) of the house,she was very helpful and considerate with other problems we had with the house.The amount of money charged for this property is totally out of line. I hope VERBO or the Evolve Team re-evaluate this property before renting it to some other unsuspecting customerBonnie. 6/19-6/21
