  • Located in the heart of downtown Cookeville, less than a mile to the Historic Westside District, local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques & Dogwood Park. This 4,000 sq ft home features exotic hardwoods, tall ceilings, original art, collectible furniture, soaking tubs, wraparound balcony, tree-lined private fenced yard & 2-car garage. This 4 bedroom/3 bath home is above artist Brad Sells studio/gallery where tours can be arranged.
    The space
    This home boasts luxury, style, art and comfort all in one. It is spacious, private & ideal for families or large groups. There are 2 bedrooms/2 baths on the main level, and 2 bedrooms/1 bath on bottom level. Each bedroom has privacy and separate sitting areas. It’s sure to be a comfortable stay as well as a memorable experience.

    Guests have access to the home which is above the studio/gallery. They may access the studio and art gallery by appointment. Please note: there is a large stairway up to the home. This staircase would be difficult to some.
