Beautiful farm views in every direction. Completely renovated in 2020. Five minutes to Cummins Falls, 15 minutes to downtown Cookeville.

The Iris Cottage was so lovely and so charming. My mom and I enjoyed our stay so much. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the cattle. It was so relaxing there we didn’t want to leave. Thank for sharing your beautiful home.

Country Charm

This was such a quiet, relaxing getaway. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was just my husband and I and we found ourselves wishing our grandkids were with us so we could take advantage of all the home had to offer. Our only regret was that we didn’t get to spend as much time there as we would have liked!

I would definitely stay here again. It is a Cottage in the country with Cows to wake up to. The leaves were turning. The weather was cool. She had it fixed up adorable. I only wished I had booked it longer.

We were just so pleasantly surprised at how perfect the home was. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed was there. The house is beautiful. If I could build one close to my brother in Cookeville, i would want to use this as a guide. Everythi g you could possibly need. Great outdoor spaces as well. Cant say enougb. Cant wait to go back.

The house was exactly as depicted. The area was very peaceful and quiet! The additional driving directions sent by the owner were extremely helpful. We were in the area visiting family, which was awesome, but the property was so nice that I wish we had been able to stay longer to just to relax and enjoy it. I highly recommend this property!

House has everything you need. It is absolutely beautiful. Very good communication with property owner. Very comfortable and relaxing. It is beautifully decorated who ever did the decor is a pro it has a nice clean hotel feel. We have found our new place to stay for all of our future Cookeville visits.
