Cabin at Fairview Private setting far off the road near Cummins Falls

The interior is as tranquil as the exterior. This recently remodeled cabin maintains country living with modern amenities. Three large living areas give larger families room to spread out. Whether you are watching a movie in the family/game room or watching the game on the screened-in porch, there is plenty of room to kick back and prop your feet up. Bedroom #1 is easily assessable just off the living area with a beautifully redone tile bath with laundry access. Bedroom #2 is a large loft with private bath containing a clawfoot tub/shower. Equipped with hi speed internet you have the ability to stay in contact with the modern world if you so choose. YouTube TV is provided, and the 3 HD smart TVs allow you to stream from your favorite streaming platforms. Enjoy the large yard and feed the horses if they come close. The fire pit makes for an enjoyable evening in the Fall or Spring and plenty of firewood is kept on the premises. Cummins Falls State Park is within 6 miles of the Cabin if you are looking for hiking trails and more outdoor adventures.

Farm living at its BEST
Rustic cabin on a large farm is the perfect setting to relax, enjoy the horses & cows and sit by the fire and roast your hotdogs (don’t forget the s’mores), our 2 small dogs even loved it! Most enjoyable, hope to comeback.

Farmhouse get away
This cabin is a true slice of heaven. We were greeted by the donkeys when we arrived and somehow they came and told us goodbye when we left. The property was well kept and relaxing. Secluded enough to escape reality but close enough to everything we needed. We loved the porches. So peaceful and tranquil, highly recommend.

Second time staying
Second time staying at this easy lovely log cabin. Love sitting on the porch and roasting marshmallows and feeding the horses and donkeys. I think the cows has as much fun wating us as we did them. Great host an experience. Tons of great places to eat in Cookeville, just a short drive away.

Outstanding in a Field
A hidden gem in the middle of a field in the middle of Tennessee. Very few things in life are perfect but this little cabin should have its picture next to that word in the dictionary. All the Comforts of home and believe me before you leave you will be calling it it home. Thank you Mike for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.

Charming cabin
Well thought out design and love put into the building of this property. Quiet area, cabin was filled with whatever you might need for a comfortable stay. Loved the three season porch and listening to the birds sing in the morning. Friendly horses and donkeys greeted us in the morning and allowed gentle petting. Close to town to get groceries, gas, most of what you would need to have a pleasant stay.
