Everything looked clean and freshly renovated from the lobby. However, the elevator and pool were not available for guests. The doors indicating the room were not appropriately labeled. The “breakfast” was what I’d expect to find in a hospital waiting room vending machine the day before its been restocked. The staff were kind and eager to be hospitable. The room itself was clean and appropriate to the price point, although the floating engineered flooring could use some underlayment. My overall experience was good, but with the great staff and fresh renovation, there’s no reason this hotel shouldn’t be at capacity instead of having two cars in the lot. It’s up to management to give it that final push to distinguish this location as the best amongst a fairly saturated market.
