"In need of a complete renovation, especially motel part. Very tired and dated. All the air around the doors smells like smoke. Everything is in disrepair, stains on the bed cover. We booked a king with a pullout couch but couch was not a pullout. Very sad and ridiculously expensive for what it is ..."
