We were disappointed in the front desk staff and the valet staff. After our first night (at 9:00 am) we asked for fresh towels (spilled coffee) and another roll of toilet paper (only provided 1 and we were already out). They said it would be brought to us shortly. BELLA - Vacation Home & Ultimate HangOut Cave

Hot Spot on Comal River. Best Location in Town.
Overall the condo was clean. It just feels a little run down. Chips from paint on doors, walls, floors, etc. Just not fresh feeling, but everything was clean. Feels like it needs a little upgrade. There are so many condos there that we will look for something with a little more freshened up feeling. ...
