The room was new and clean.
However, the music at the restaurant was too loud that I could hear it even inside my room from early in the morning.
I think that most of the people coming to the black sea resort come to escape from the loud city and don't want to hear such a loud music even during their vacations.
Good location, nice rooms but I will definitely not stay there again. Here are the reasons why (note that I was working 14hours a day night shift):
Except the girl in the reception who checked me in and the cleaning lady, all the personnel is not friendly, especially the ones on the bar and breakfast area. They seem like they would prefer not to be there at all.
Breakfast start way too late for someone who is working, at 8:00am, and the only choice is a selection of different egg recipes that never are the same even if you order the same think as you did the day before. On top of that the catalog description has nothing to do with what you are been served.
The room they gave me when I checked in was smelling like a cesspit. It was clean but probably there was a problem with the pipes? I complained and they moved me to an other one.
I didn't had my room cleaned for 5 days because the cleaning lady is working from 7:30 - 16:00. I was working night shifts so these were my sleeping hours. I complained to the reception and there response was pretty much for me to change my sleeping pattern to accommodate their schedule. When I requested to speak with the manager I got a response that was not in at the time so I requested to call me. That never happened but next day when i returned from my work I found my room finally cleaned but the staff was not friendly any more. I guess for a lazure trip is a good hotel but defiantly from the hole situation doesn't worth the buck.
The hotel is in a good location close to the old town and its array of restaurants and only a short walk to the waterfront and the old casino.
Its modern and stylish in design and has 1 or 2 great smiley staff - the housekeeping lady particularly is one of their best ambassadors - breakfast crew seem like they'd rather be elsewhere which is a shame.
Some issues presented - upon check-in I identified that the single plug for the kettle and charging etc was pushed into the wall and therefore un-useable. I notified this to the front desk but in my week stay it was never fixed and so myself and the cleaner appeared locked in a battle of moving furninture as I unplugged lamps to work on laptop and they moved the lamps back daily.
I was unable to get room service on two occasions despite being within hours printed, I was told the kitchen was closed - there is a 100€ fine for eating any third party food in the room.
Breakfast is fine, though mostly an array of 6 types of omelette.
The continental breakfast was strange - lettuce / dry granola / ham / feta / yoghurt / fruit salad / croissant and Orange Juice that may or may not come.
Service is friendly but lacklustre for a 4 star hotel, perhaps is better in season?
Parking is on street - generally available but can get busy on weekends.
It is necessary to reverse back up the street to get out of the 'parking area'.
Would stay here again but room for improvement
Precious boutique hotel. It is newly renovated and has top materials and fixtures. The location impossible to be better!
The bathrooms are too tight! But other than that it was a very romantic!!!
Constanta Peninsula Boutique Hotel is a fine place
The hotel is situated in the center of the old town with short walk to all museums and attractions as well as the excellent beach and harborfront. The hotel seems brand new renovated. The only shortcoming is the somewhat noisy music played in the restaurant all day. In the outdoor restaurant the chairs and tables could be kept more clean.
Fint hotell, sikkert et avvde fineste i Constanta sentrum. Fine rom og god frokost.

Nice hotel but difficult communication
Nice hotel, nice rooms, great location. The not-so-good part: it was hard to contact the reception desk, nobody answer the phone on several occasion. Also, note that check-in time is 6PM which is unusually late and inconvenient. Check-out is same as other hotels, at 12pm.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Hotel is relatively new, rooms are new and in very good condition, hotel location is also very good.
the only negative part was AC not working, when i asked the reception, they told me that it's not working in all the hotel rooms and they called for the maintenance team to fix it, but it was never fixed.
Nice, cozy place to stay, in the middle of historical center

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
careless design of the room
couldn't find a socket in the room to charge my phone and was told by its front desk that you can move the bed table and pull out the light then plug your charger....and they don't have converter /adapter for foreign guests. they promised to buy some next day "for sure" but nobody mentioned since then or even say a sorry. poor english speaking with misunderstanding .....
