"The hotel has been remodeled and the rooms had laminate wood look flooring which was great since we were traveling with pets. Beds were comfy. Room was clean and the air worked great,we kept our room at 65 the whole time."

"Check-in and check-out were very easy. Parking was convenient and free in the city lot. We stayed in Sara's Room on the 3rd floor. The bathroom area is on a raised platform, so a light is needed to avoid tripping on the steps at night. The toilet is in a very confined space and low to the ground, so this room is not for people with disabilities. We are not, so it worked for us. The TV (Dish) is a bit confusing, so we didn't bother to watch anything. Check-in and check-out times are perfect. Michael is very agreeable, though I only spoke to him over the phone. The location couldn't be any better - right on the Public Square and convenient to everything in the historic area. All-in-all, we were pleased well enough."

"The place is definitely dated and could use some clean up and touch ups. The website (and other places) mention continental breakfast, there isn’t one. I think that’s because there are numerous people living in the motel. The beds were comfortable, the showers and toilets clean and functioning, and the AC kept us nice and cold. The kids loved the pool and had fun jumping on the deep end. There is a McDonald’s right next door, so noise and smells were sometimes an issue. I also saw the police doing rounds through the parking lot, which was well lit. Also, there are cameras all around the outside, so we never felt unsafe. "
