"Room was not the cleanest and some areas of it are very dated. Vending machine wasn't working and ice machine was very loud in the corridor. It sounded like someone was having a party because loud music was being played into the early morning hours."

"Parking room card did not work on the lower parking deck. The rooms did offer any bottled water, so be prepared to stop and buy water. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will revisit soon. Nothing above was a real issue just an FYI comment."

"The hotel is a self check in. The owner called and gave us a room code. The Piano room was so cool! Huge bathroom and comfortable bed and pillows. Walking distance to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The character of the room was amazing and it propelled you into the past. Pros: great location for all things downtown Dahlonega, very quiet room-surprising because of the location, gorgeous detail of design to enhance the historic location. Cons: The toilet room is a tight fit when you sit down. Wish they had blackout curtains because the room was lit up as soon as the sun came up. Wish it had a split conditioner instead of a window unit for the hot summer nights. However, this is a wonderful place, and I am being nitpicky. It was perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband, and the character and history of the room made it unique from all the cookie cutter hotels that most people frequent. If you want a unique experience with modern conveniences, then this is definitely the right place to book. "
