Young groups under the age of 30 are not allowed.



The apartment Sebastian is situated in the centre of the popular holiday resort Conil de la Frontera. Located on the 1st floor of a house with another holiday apartment, the cosy accommodation consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The child-friendly apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and a baby bed. The highlight of the accommodation is the large, furnished sun terrace, where you can relax and enjoy a fantastic view over the city and the sea. The terrace is shared with visitors of the second-holiday apartment and in the summer there is also a shady awning available. A supermarket is only 120 m away. Restaurants, bars and cafés are in the immediate vicinity and the nearest sandy beach, Playa de Los Bateles, is 900 m or a 10-minute walk from the property.



Parking is available on the street.

The washer and dryer are in the communal area and can be used by both apartments.
