Brand new studio located in Conil de la Frontera, with a maximum capacity of four people, just five minutes walk from the center where you can enjoy the wide variety of tapas bars, restaurants, cafes and stores.

This small apartment is ideal for couples or family with children,



The studio consists of a comfortable double bed, in the living room has a double sofa bed, so the apartment is for a total of four people maximum. It has a kitchen equipped with all the utensils and utensils necessary for your stay and a full bathroom.



The beach of Los Bateles is less than three minutes walking, beach of fine golden sand and large extension.

You can also go to visit other nearby beaches such as Fontanilla and Chorrillo beaches, as well as others a little further away such as El Palmar.

Que está todo reformado, el baño me ha gustado mucho y se ve muy acogedor. Es pequeño pero muy bonito. Con su aire acondicionado, 2 televisiones. Todo los rincones muy bien aprovechados en armarios y muy bonito todo. Bien para ir a la playa, y muy bien situado por la zona de restaurantes y bares. Gente del pueblo muy acogedora y agradable. Lo peor es el colchón y la almohada, todos los días salía con dolor de espalda. Se veía duro, pero estaba caído por los bordes. Y la almohada es de lo peor, yo creo que esas ya ni se hacen. De hecho a la llegada a casa tuve que pasar por el fisioterapeuta.

El apartamento es nuevo con diversas comodidades: 2 teles, buena nevera, microondas, vitrocerámica nueva, vajilla, lavadora y cubertería completa, lavabo impecable, aire acondicionado, wifi. La cama era cómoda, el sofá-cama es grande pero algo incómodo. El apartamento, sinceramente está muy bien, impecable y limpio, la gente se sentirá como en su casa. La ubicación buenísima, cerca del centro, de la playa y de las principales zonas para aparcar. La entrega de llaves fue perfecta y la comunicación excelente. Nuestra experiencia en general fue excelente, guardamos un grato recuerdo de nuestras vacaciones allí y repetiríamos sin lugar a dudas. Al ser un bajo, algunas noches se escuchaba la gente de la calle, aunque está muy minimizado el sonido. Pero a algunas personas puede molestarle. El sofá-cama como solución está bien pero es el colchón deja que desear. Podrían poner algún jabón para el baño, por el precio que se paga... Para estancias largas podrían cambiar las toallas, cierto es que hay lavadora pero no hay lugar para secarlas. Como en toda la provincia de Cadiz, aparcar es una odisea.
