Nice, chic and priceworthy chalet with 2 bedrooms for 4 persons and private pool only 500m from Conil de la Frontera, with wifi Casa Marinas is a very well tended house with private pool and offers 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans and each two single beds, an American kitchen with washing-machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, dining-table with 4 chairs,
complete bathroom with tub and shower,
living room with 2 sofas, fireplace and international SAT TV.
On demand the owner provides a crib for babies and electrical heating in winter.
Around the terrace and the pool there are tropical plants and a lawn, a cute covered outdoor-kitchen for your evening-barbecue next to your private pool, a table, chairs and deck-chairs.
You enter the plot through an automatic gate, otherwise it is fully protected by a wall.
All Windows have mosquito net.
In the vicinity there are some more vacation villas, therefore it is rather quiet. The distance to the beaches is just 2 KM and to the centre of Conil with its bars and restaurants only 1.000mtrs = ten minutes walking.
The next house, Casa MIRIAM, is almost identical and can also be rented – perfect for two families

Descanso poco

Pues la casa esta medio bien, dado que no me di cuenta y no tiene aire acondicionado y hace mucho calor dentro, no tiene mosquiteras. Los primeros 2 dias la piscina estaba turbia y nos resolvieron super rapido el problema. Los exteriores estan muy bien, la pisci es grande. Lo peor, el gallo que hay que a las 5 de la mañana empieza y no para (todos los dias). Lo mejor, la cercanía al pueblo.

Mejor que en las fotos. El peque disfrutó como nunca de la piscina.Muy cerca de Conil, aunque difícil ir caminando por un mal tramo de la carretera. Aún así, para nosotros fue perfecto

Wir waren im Septemb...

Wir waren im September 2019 zwei Wochen im Casa Marinas. Das Haus und der Garten waren super gepflegt und es war sehr schön. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Vermieter sind auch sehr freundlich.

Casa Marinas

Wir verbringen seit Jahren schon unseren Urlaub in Conil. Mit dem Vermittler haben wir nur sehr gute Erfahrung gemacht. Die Casa Miriam und auch Marinas (wir kennen beide) sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. In dem Haus gibt es alles was wir benötigen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und nett, auch wenn wir kaum spanisch sprechen und sie kein Deutsch wir verstehen uns trotzdem. Zu Conil gehören km. lange Strände, viele typisch spanische Bars und Restaurants wo wir gut essen und trinken können. Wir sind äußerst zufrieden und geben 5 Sterne.

Estancia Perfecta

La estancia en Casa Marinas fué inmejorable. La casa estaba en muy buenas condiciones, limpia y equipada con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Los dueños muy amables y atentos, un detalle la botella de vino de bienvenida. La ubicación, perfecta si no te gusta estar muy lejos del pueblo, pero tampoco quieres estar dentro de el. Seguro que repetiremos.

La estancia no nos gustó demasiado la verdad...hacia un calor horrible y era necesario algún aparato de aire que lo solventara.A lo que había que sumar que no se podían abrir las ventanas, porque no habia mosquiteras, ni la puerta de entrada porque no tenía cortinas anti insectos,si las abrias la casa llena de moscas y mosquitos.Y por último,el gallo del vecino,que comenzaba su canto a las 4.30h de la mañana y así hasta el nuevo día. Lo único positivo,la cercania al pueblo,por lo demás de descanso poco.

Die Vermieter sind sehrfreundlich und nett,jederzeit hilfsbereit. wir mussten leider früher abreisen,das war kein Problem. Leider war es im Haus ziemlich kalt.das Wetter war auch nicht ideal. Aber wir kommen wieder.So nette Gastgeber muss man erst finden.
