As part of a duplex house, the two-storey apartment is located in the popular village of Conil de la Frontera in an apartment complex with a shared outdoor area. The modern, furnished holiday apartment can accommodate 4 people and has a living-dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with double bed) and another bathroom with bathtub. The amenities also include a television and a washing machine. From the living room you reach the furnished terrace, which is surrounded by a hedge and thus protected from prying eyes. The terrace leads directly to the communal garden and to outdoor pool, which you share with the other apartments. The balcony and the roof-top terrace also invite you to soak up some sunshine. Here you can leave the stress of everyday life behind you! Restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached in the centre of Conil, 1.3 km or a 16-minute walk, and the nearest beach, Playa de los Bateles, is 1.5 km and a 21-minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is only 350 m from the apartment.



Parking is available on the property.

A baby cot can be provided upon request.

The pool is open all year round.

This property is only available for families. Groups of guests under 30 years old are not accepted.

Please note that Conil Town Council has a Municipal Ordinance to guarantee the peaceful coexistence of citizens, by which no noise is allowed that interferes with the rest of the neighbours and/or alters the coexistence. Failure to comply with this regulation is subject to sanctions.
