As part of a duplex house, the two-storey apartment is located in the popular village of Conil de la Frontera in an apartment complex with a shared outdoor area. The modern, furnished holiday apartment can accommodate 4 people and has a living-dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with double bed) and another bathroom with bathtub. The amenities also include a television and a washing machine. From the living room you reach the furnished terrace, which is surrounded by a hedge and thus protected from prying eyes. The terrace leads directly to the communal garden and to outdoor pool, which you share with the other apartments. The balcony and the roof-top terrace also invite you to soak up some sunshine. Here you can leave the stress of everyday life behind you! Restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached in the centre of Conil, 1.3 km or a 16-minute walk, and the nearest beach, Playa de los Bateles, is 1.5 km and a 21-minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is only 350 m from the apartment.

La verdad que hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en este alojamiento, muy cómodos, éramos dos parejas y cada uno teníamos nuestro baño y nuestra habitación. La terraza con salida al jardín común y la piscina muy bien. La ubicación está a unos 20 minutos andando del centro de Conil, pero tiene un Mercadona justo al lado muy práctico. Recomendable para futuras visitas

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, sie ist etwas entfernt vom Strand und vom trubeligen, belebten Ortskern
Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, sie ist etwas entfernt vom Strand und vom trubeligen, belebten Ortskern. Man kann in 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Altstadt von Conil laufen. Mit dem Auto hat man in der Hauptsaison Probleme einen Parkplatz in Conil selber zu bekommen . Bis zum mercadona läuft man ca 7 Minuten und dort kann man alles einkaufen, was man zum täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für Familien. Der Pool ist nicht weit entfernt und umzäunt. Die Unterkunft hat eine Waschmaschine und eine Dachterrasse um die Wäsche zu trocknen. Es gibt zwei kleine Badezimmer und Toiletten. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden das Apartment weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut und wir konnten uns bei Fragen jederzeit an Sie wenden.
Cons: Wir hätten uns über WLAN gefreut. Ich bin mit zwei Teenagern gereist, die ohne WLAN natürlich nicht 100% zufrieden waren.(-;
Außerdem hätten wir uns über ein oder bequeme Liegen auf dem Balkon gefreut. Da wir aber fast immer unterwegs waren und am Strand, hat es uns nicht allzu sehr gestört.
