  • Cosy villa "Cristina". In a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower. Private: outdoor shower. In the house: air conditioning. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 800 m, café 2.5 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station 40 km, sandy beach "Cala del Puntalejo" 200 m (small). The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
