  • Bungalow situated in a complex of three properties with a shared pool, in the Conil de la Frontera area, very close to the commercial area of El Colorado where there are supermarkets, chemists, bars, restaurants, a bank and health centre

    The beaches and coves of Roche are just ten minutes drive away.



    The property has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. In the lounge there is also a sofa bed for individual use, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom. Air conditioning is included.



    Outside there is a covered porch, barbecue and stone table. Communal areas are a swimming pool, large garden, football pitch and sun loungers.



    The perfect choice of accommodation for families or groups of friends, its location is ideal for exploring the province of Cádiz and its towns and cities, for example that of Vejer, the beautiful white hilltop town, which is 20 minutes drive away.

Enterarte de que el vecino de al lado paga la mitad no es agradable.

La casa no tiene grandes detalles, está correcta sin más. Un poco alejada de todo. Pero lo que me sentó bastante mal fue escuchar al vecino de al lado el precio que estaba pagando que era el 50 % de lo que yo había pagado.

El sitio es tranquilo, ya que está apartado de todo. Me ha parecido caro para lo que realmente es. NO había y reclamé toallas, que pueden costar las más baratas 3 €, y me dijeron que no estaban incluidas. Sin embargo en su anuncio no están excluidas. De hecho tenían paños de cocina y no venían en la relación de enseres, como tampoco las sillas y las mesas. Me pareció de poco estilo no facilitar toallas cuando pagamos a 169 €/día. El sofá superincómodo. Ni siquiera una esterilla en el baño para no escurrirte. La sábanas no estaban colocadas en las camas, sino colgadas secándose. Si son pisos turísticos, que cobran estas cantidades, el servicio debe ser turístico. NO lo recomiendo por estos motivos.
