Located in Conil de la Frontera, the Apartment Sol – Families Only provides everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 75 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and one bathroom, accommodating up to five people. Additional amenities include air conditioning (only in the living room), a washing machine, and a television. You may also use a shared rooftop terrace exclusively for drying clothes.



Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. There is no Wi-Fi available. Please note that the property is only accessible via stairs. Groups of young people are not permitted; only families and guests over 30 years old may check in.



Please note that during your stay, government regulations regarding water may apply, which could affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage. The deposit will be refunded after the accommodation has been checked and cleaned by staff, within 1 to 3 days.
