"So first off I stayed here last year for 1 day and loved it. I decided to come back for my bachelorette and was beyond disappointed. First of all we arrive and my girls and I were put into an accessible room that we did NOT request. These are rooms that are made to accommodate certain needs. There was a large chair in the shower a certain a very difficult shower head etc. this made showering very difficult for us and not to mention the curtain kept touching our skin which we hated. We told the front desk and because they were overbooked they could not do anything about it until the next day. Fine. We were not offered ANYTHING for this inconvenience. The hotel comes with access to the beach club which has pools and chairs on the beach. The towels were filthy and hade strong various colored stains. The staff left on days that it rained even though it only rained for maybe an hour and the rest of the days it was sunny. Because of this we were not able to be in chairs on the beach. Meanwhile this was the whole reason why we stayed there. I found this extremely well dissapountkmf considering how much the hotel costs per night. What was meant to be a fun relaxing luxurious experience, was absolutely the opposite. As someone who comes to Delray multiple times a year I will never stay here again."

"We stayed for 1 hour then grabbed a hotel. As an investment property owner, it pains me to write a negative review. However, I must report back as I believe that the listing omits important factors, or can be construed as misleading, at least to some degree. I take the blame for not knowing the area as I have never been to Delray; As we pulled off of Atlantic Ave (approx 3 blocks from the house) we noticed more than few homelessness. We were anticipating walking to and from restaurants (15-20 minutes each way) but would not attempt after dark. Our teenaged daughter was training for a marathon and we would not allow her to jog outside. My advise to future guests....do your research!!!In the spirit of constructive criticism, and as an FYI to potential guests; The pictures online look to be heavily touched up w/ AI. The cleanliness of the house was not what we were expecting. The front door lock does not look very safe, as if it was tampered with to some degree. The bathrooms are in need of basic repairs / gutted (baseboard molding rotting in some places, loose door knob, disgusting floor mat etc...). The living room couch needs replacing. The house is not nearly as bright as the photos show, has a very weird smell, and in general terms, reminds me of a frat house with very cheap upgrades."

"Sonia is responsive and friendly. We would like to suggest some lawn furniture to make it possible to enjoy the property. The bedrooms need more hangars and something to store clothes, such as bureaus or shelves. The house is lovely, just feels like it needs a bit more furniture to be more comfortable. "
