Cottage on Conesus lake w private shared lake access/beach, fireplace & AC

"Host was great to work with. Could have been a little cleaner. Great water pressure in shower. Not much of a view of lake and you have to walk a bit for access. Worked for us because we used it as home base to visit friends and sites. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re primarily wanting to spend time on the lake."

"We were excited to visit the Avon Inn and it exceeded our expectations. It is a delightful hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was big, with a comfortable bed and in room gas fireplace. The co-owner Jen was lovely to speak to and the history of the hotel is fascinating. Special shoutout to the awesome pool table in the lobby - it is an awesome statement piece and a great use of the space to socialize being right next to the restaurant. We did not get to try the restaurant but the menu looked great. Nearby walking was also very nice because the surrounding homes are beautiful and historic themselves. We will definitely be back."

"We were looking for a beautiful place with views for myself and 4 of my sisters to spend time with my one sister who is battling cancer. Well, we found it in this beautiful place! It had a first floor bedroom that was perfect as she can’t do steps easily. Spent most of our weekend sitting on the deck just enjoying the view. We actually all got up at 5:30 in the morning to see the sunrise that was spectacular! You were very grateful for this time that we got to spend together. Thank you!"
