"Check your rooms and conditions, they will try to give you the worst room. Make sure they provide all promissed qualities and room amenities. Staff are arrogant to the point of laughing directly at you - are not at all welcoming."

"A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "
