Was a wonderful two month stay owners are responsive and helpful. Lots of wildlife a quiet area.house was equipped and comfortable.

Renovated & Charming Chico House w/ EV Charger
The only immediately relevant issue is the back door. It only locks the outside knob, which means if you have not checked the lock before going outside, you may have locked yourself out of the house.
