"The Hostel team were excellent, food and drinks selections and standard are high. Rooms are fine - showers a bit dated in the room, but did the job after been out all day."

As for the negatives: no minibar/fridge in the room to keep some drinks; no airconditioning/fan and the room got quite hot; breakfast costs €24,- pp and I had to make my own scrambled eggs which I had never seen before, very overpriced; we had to share the balcony from our room with other guests; though...

"Beautiful hotel and exceptional location high on the hill above Champery. It exceeded all of my expectations as did the cows grazing outside our balcony. I wish we could have stayed longer. Best value for price in all of Switzerland!"
