Welcome to this charming fully renovated apartment, combining comfort, modernity and elegance. Bright and carefully decorated, each space has been designed to offer you a pleasant and friendly stay. Perfectly equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child.

It is the ideal accommodation to visit Concarneau and do everything on foot. The first beach is less than 300 metres away and you can vary your pleasures since several other beaches are accessible within a 10/15 minute walk.



Upon entering the apartment, located on the 4th floor (without a lift), you access the kitchen which is equipped with: an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a kettle, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, as well as all the utensils necessary for preparing your meals. The dining area opens onto the lounge with pastel colours and equipped with a television and wifi access.



On the night side, the accommodation has 2 bedrooms:



Room 1: has a double bed (140/200)



Bedroom 2: has a double bunk bed (140/200) at the bottom and a single bed (90x200) at the top.



A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete the accommodation. For added comfort, you have a washer dryer.



If you are travelling with a young child, the following are available to you: a **travel cot** and the adapted mattress, a **high chair** as well as a **baby bath.**



You will be able to park your vehicle in the dedicated parking space.
