You will enjoy a sunny terrace, perfect for your breakfasts or moments of relaxation. Located 1.1 km from the castle of Keriolet, 2.5 km from the city centre with its fortified city, and 3 km from the beaches<br>The living room has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, "SENSEO" coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, etc.), a 2-seater sofa bed, an armchair, a pouf, a table with 4 chairs, a coffee table and a flat screen TV connected to WIFI.<br>The bedroom offers a 140 cm bed with a small wardrobe.<br>The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and sink.<br>A storage space is also available with maintenance equipment (vacuum cleaner, bucket, etc.), drying rack.<br>The car park is located just in front of the accommodation, for optimal comfort.
