Cali is this house located in a residential area of Concarneau very appreciated because of its proximity to the city center and the beautiful beaches of the Corniche de Concarneau which you can enjoy on foot.



The accommodation :



A pleasant house where we are happy to return from the beach, on foot, to end our day in beauty in the garden !



The ground floor consists of an entrance that deserts a large bright living room with living room opening onto the outside adjoining the kitchen and a pretty veranda that will allow you to enjoy the views over the garden. Still on the ground floor, you will find a bedroom and a toilet.



Upstairs you will also find two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.



On the outside side, enjoy the tranquility of a sunny terrace and a beautifully wooded and fully enclosed garden. Equipped with a comfortable garden furniture, Chilean girls and a superb gas barbecue the end of the day will be even more beautiful.

Overall okay.

The check in, communication and location were very good. The value for money is also good given the size of the house. However, the house needs some renovating, especially the bathroom. Furthermore the kitchen lacks some basics (oven, things like spatula, knives etc) and the whole house wasn’t very cost for a stay in autumn/winter. It felt quite cold (both literally, there are only small electric heater, and also in terms of lack of coziness)
