"I arrived and they sold my room. Had to get another room elsewhere in the middle of the night.
From what I saw, the property was rough. Bad area. Had lots of drug assocs hanging out outside of the place and it did not feel like a safe environment "

"The property is stunning. It feels elegant and private, with serene water features throughout. The room was large and beautifully decorated. They had multiple gyms and a beautiful spa.The only thing lacking was the bar assortment in the casinos, and the fact that the restaurants, all closed early."
"VIP benefit I don't know what that is. I did not get it. Easy to get from registration desk to the room elevator. Valet at no charge (maybe this was VIP not sure) but they were good. Not crowded"

"In a good neighborhood. I felt safe. The studio was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was soooo comfortable. Our host was very kind and super easy to communicate with. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Would stay there again in a heartbeat."
