"I arrived at 2am and was told I could have a late check out. Cleaning staff was knocking on my door all morning while I was trying to sleep. At 11am a lady yelled at me and asked if I was staying another night. I told her that I had permission to stay later. She gave me a dirty look when I finally did leave at noon. Needs better communication."

"Plenty of parking. Air conditioner worked great. Room was clean. However, it smelled so much like cleaning product that it was gagging us. I put Vicks Vapor Rub up my nose and my fiance finally got up at 4am and slept in the car. It smelled like Ivory soap when we came in and the scent mever went away. My fiance said it was the worse room.he's ever stayed in.."
