I dont have a pet so IDK about the pet policy. I didn't see any over my 10 day stay. Fromt desk staff was exceptional, especially Patria. The bar menu was good but a bit on the high $$ side foe drinks AND food

The room was dirty. Dust, hair, crumbs along the walls. Sheets had holes in them. Smelled like an ashtray. Surfaces were smudged with film. I’ve never experienced a hotel like this before. The front reception person was great.
