The bathroom wall is translucent and shines bright light onto bed when bathroom is being used. This greatly disturbs those asleep in bed whenever bathroom is used.

The staff were excellent and were always available and the cleanliness was first class. The room was quite a good size and the bed super comfortable . The modern bathroom and shower were great and the breakfast was beautiful.

My favorite hotel in London. since 1963 The Staff are always accommodating and this year, they even celebrated my birthday. Breakfast is not only traditionally English but magnifically displayed. No request to big, they happily serve. M&S and Victoria Station right out their back door. The Mews and Palace just an easy walk with shops and restaurants to temp any purse or palate.
