"I was very disappointed in this place … I made reservations online ahead of time I get to the location just to be told they don’t have the room I booked they only have double beds and made me pay more money to get the 2 queens beds on top of a deposit… Then I get to the room it’s on the third floor it’s very hot a humid up there then the room had no fridge or microwave like the room I originally booked very upset about that couldn’t even heat up my kids food then to top it off the towels were dirty the sheets had stains on them the pillows were thin as paper and the shower was filthy with hair I. Them and the soap wrapper was on the floor and wet toilet paper behind the restroom door… I was very upset and unsatisfied would not recommend"

"Room needed maintenance like the shower and the ac unit. The room smelled like mildew and the sheets had stains. Staff came 3 different times knocking on the door before check out. I felt rushed at this point"

"There was random hair on the bed and towel and the exit to make it into this is aweful. If u miss the turn its 10 mins to get back around to it 😂 but other than that it was RIGHT across from our event. It was quiet the room was clean the couch and bed and pillows were so comfy. Shower was hot. But the shower head was clogged on some holes easy fix. Very nice scented dove soaps and lotions. Breakfast was good. Will def stay here again. "

"The room is big and roomy however housekeeping needs improvement. The bar stools were full of crumbs from the previous people. The dishes not all clean. They had not restocked the basics like dishwasher pods or dish soap. The worst was the shower curtain. The bottom was brown and reaked of urine once it got wet. We had to switch it out the next morning bcs it made the entire bathroom smell like pee."

"trying to get to the hotel was terrible. Construction everywhere, exit does not exist. "

"Wifi was absolute garbage, and the first room I had was infested with cockroaches. The staff was kind enough though to let me switch rooms so there's that."
