Superbe Maison ! Bien placée, pleine de charme, spacieuse, belle décoration, bien équipée, grande bibliothèque et quelle piscine !! D’ailleurs je trouve que les photos de l’annonce ne lui rendent pas justice.Vraiment je ne comprends pas les quelques commentaires négatifs précédents.

propriéte sans entretien

Il est regrettable que l’ensemble de la propriété ne soit pas entretue à la hauteur du prix demandé. La pièce d’entrée / salle à manger n’est éclairée que d’une seule ampoule , ainsi que dans la cuisine. Dans ces deux pièces les 2 rampes de Leds ne fonctionnent pas. La lumière de la hôte de la cuisinière est défaillante, ce qui ne facilite pas la préparation des repas à la nuit tombée. Durant mon séjour, le lave-vaisselle (dont le panier inférieur était chancelant) est tombé en panne (pompe de vidange HS) et je laisse de côté la vétusté du matériel de cuisine. Au premier étage, la chambre possédant une salle d’eau, présente des traces d’humidité importantes, les rideaux des douches sont vieux et ont des taches de moisissures. La toiture abrite une ou des familles de loirs, qui se régalent des raisins de la vigne grimpant sur la façade et le toit, ils font la java au-dessous de nos têtes durant la nuit et les souris font des visites régulières dans la cuisine. Côté jardin, la piscine reste sale (voir très sale). Le matériel présent autour de la piscine ( chaises longues, parasols ou transats) est sale, casé et inutilisable. Le carrelage est également déficient .....

Magnifique maison de campagne

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette agréable maison de campagne au calme. Propreté irréprochable ! La piscine est agréable mais manque un peu d’entretien avec les arbres qui l’entourent. Le jardin est très vaste et sans vis à vis, parfait pour nos petits explorateurs. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, et reviendrons sans hésiter.

Maison de charme a la proprete limite et vetuste avec piscine salle et viellote

La maison a beaucoup de charme et est très bien située pour visiter la région. Il est néanmoins très désagréable d’arriver dans une maison moyennement propre: piscine pas nettoyée avec plein de salete au fond, manque d’éclairage car faux contact dans les spots des pièces à vivre (cuisine et salle à manger), les poignées de porte qui ne tiennent pas, chasse d’eau qui fuit sans cesse même en coupant le robinet d’arrivée d’eau, baignoire qui ne s’écoule pas même après avoir retiré les « cheveux » des précédents… La présence de petits animaux - rongeurs - est assez désagréable. Le prix est incoherent au regard des prestations et encore moins lorsqu’on voit les commentaires des années précédentes, puisqu’en 2019 ces points étaient déjà remontés.

Très jolie maison nécessitant meilleur entretien

La maison est tout à fait charmante, aussi bien du point de vue de l'architecture que celui de la décoration intérieure. La propriété nécessite néanmoins un certain niveau de rénovation et d'entretien afin d'être à la hauteur du prix demandé. La piscine a besoin d'un rafraîchissement au niveau du revêtement et d'un robot de nettoyage. Des souris nous ont rendu visite toutes les nuits dans la cuisine: un grand classique à la campagne mais nous aurions apprécié que cela soit traité avant notre arrivée (des traces de rongeurs dans certains meubles de la cuisine attestaient de leur présence avant notre séjour). En termes de communication avec la propriétaire, parfait au moment de la réservation : réactivité et écoute. En revanche plus limité pendant le séjour: une personne peu disponible était notre contact sur place; la propriétaire était peu joignable (sms laissés sans réponse). L'emplacement du bien est intéressant en termes touristiques et est complètement au calme. Nous entendions des chouettes hululer en soirée et le ciel de nuit était magnifique. Au global un joli séjour.
