Beach side location and base to explore North Wales

A great sized family house with garden and plenty of living space. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. Two TVs to keep the kids happy! Additional stair gate was appreciated at the property as well as confirmation ahead of time - thank you. The beach can be seen from the lounge window and is about a 1 min walk - fabulous. The beach was clean, with soft sand and clean waters (apart from quite a few jellyfish to be dodged!). Overall the house is a little tired around the edges - carpets are worn and needs replacing in the upstairs toilet. Two of the bedrooms need mattress protectors and pillow protectors and the clean before our stay had missed quite a few bits of rubbish and items from previous occupants. However, overall the house worked well for our family for a week break and the location can’t be beaten.
