Asque: House with garden

  • Very peaceful Casa Sanz is an old farming house which the family has fully restored to make the apartment distributed around a patio. The house is surrounded by a garden of use exclusively by the guests. In this garden there are the following facilities: BBQ, summer terrace with tables and chairs, car park and garden. Next to this garden for the guests, the owners have the traditional vegetable garden. The Berges family lives on traditional activities of the mountain: sheep raising as well as producing and selling high-quality honey from the large variety of flowers of the Mediterranean flora of the Guara Mountain Chain.

Good stay in a peaceful environment

We had a pleasant stay in this old, typical house (don’t expect a modern appartment but this one is well furnished with a washing machine, big terrace, trampoline, etc.). We arrived very very late on the day of the electric shutdown and the owner took his time to explain the different facilities. The swimming pool is not that warm (rather cold when not sunny outside) but our children and us enjoyed it a lot. The appartment is not far from Alquezar and other nice hiking places. The owner has a little bar/shop a few meters away where you can buy hot baguettes/croissants in the morning. And he knows very well the region and can recommend you some places (some documentation is available in the apartment as well).The only negative comment : the jacuzzi had a weird smell (we think that it was filled in with rain water) but we still enjoyed it

Hidden gem

A little off the beaten path but definitely worth it. Excellent accommodations with lots for kids to do. Host David is wonderful, welcoming, and eager to please. We would love to come back.

Estuvimos en la primera planta 150m², muy espaciosa y muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días perfectos. En la cocina hay lavadora y lavavajillas que es de agradecer, al igual que todo el menaje disponible, super completo. También tiene a parte de la placa, microondas, tostadora, cafetera dolce gusto, hervidor de agua... un 10. Todo muy limpio y ordenado.David, el propietario muy atento y amable y siempre dispuesto a atendernos. Contesta super rápido. La piscina se agradece cuando hace mucho calor.En definitiva la casa muy recomendable, eso sí es un pueblo muy pequeñito y no tiene tiendas, pero no muy lejos se encuentran poblaciones con más servicios.

Todo facilidades, David está al lado en el pueblo y si necesitas algo, responde en el momento, es muy amable. Las fotos no le hacen justicia al chalet, es espectacular en primera persona. Aunque estamos en una planta, la sensación es de casa. Amplia terraza con vistas, piscina con cubierta, Solarium con vistas a la sierra, Para los peques tiene un colchón elástico, jacuzzi(aunque con la calor no lo utilizamos mucho), barbacoa cubierta, zona picnic, la mejor leña, están rodeados de bosque de encinas. En fin, excelente. Tiene WiFi dentro y fuera de la casa. Para repetir. Gracias David.

Muy buena experiencia en la casa, todos coincidimos en que estaba genial. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que la casa está separada, con su propia llave, pero en el piso de arriba hay otras dos estancias y, por tanto, es compartida la piscina, la barbacoa, el jacuzzi, etc. En nuestro caso no nos importó, pero porque no coincidimos en ningún momento, y sí pudimos molestar con la música, aunque no nos dijeron nada y nos llevamos bien. Con respecto al número de camas, idem, preguntar bien simplemente por el tema de considerar camas de matrimonio como dos y tener en cuenta que el sofá del salón es sofá-cama. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que la casa no dispone de sal, azúcar, o sea, que hay que ser previsor y llevar de todo. Por lo demás, todo estupendo y David es atento y simpático.

Nous étions 2 familles et avons passé un très bon séjour chez David. La maison est spacieuse / agréable , la terrasse superbe. La piscine très agréable. Un endroit inoubliable !

Nous avons passé un fantastique séjour chez David qui est un hôte sans reproche, et toujours au petit soin avec ses invités. Le logement est d'une grande propreté, très spacieux et offre des vues à couper le souffle. De superbes aménagements pour des vacances inoubliables en famille ou avec des amis (barbecue, piscine, jacuzzi, terrasse, jardin). Il ne manque rien. Merci David! Nous reviendrons très bientôt.

Bien localizado para realizar excursiones por la sierra oriental de Guara. El propietario es muy amable. Conoce muy bien la zona, seguid sus consejos. El apartamento es excelente, dispone de todo lo necesario, pero es bueno indicar que consiste en un edificio de 3 plantas, con 3 apartamentos independientes, pero que comparten la piscina cubierta, el jardín y el jacuzzi (la barbacoa no, pues aunque están en la misma caseta, hay 3 fuegos diferenciados). Un alojamiento muy recomendable.

Fuimos unas familias con niños y salió todo genial, por ubicación, por instalaciones, por comodidad,... por todo! Estamos pensando en una miniescapada solo para adultos, pues además cuenta con piscina cubierta, solarium, jacuzzi,... ideal para el relax y la desconexión.

Un couple charmant, un appartement tout confort, équipé avec goût et de qualité. Un dépaysement total où le temps passe au fil des journées en randonnées et des paysage magnifiques. Superbe séjour avec des paysages magnifiques ! David est un hôte adorable avec son épouse qui tient le bar restaurant de la place où nous avons très bien mangé d’ailleurs pour un prix plus que raisonnable. Il nous a aussi très bien conseillé pour les meilleures choses à faire en 4 jours… Amateurs de randonnées je vous conseille ! Les paysages et les magnifiques spots font oubliées les montées un peu « raides » parfois 😉 Mon coup de coeur CANYON DE UNISCLO et rando au départ d Asque pour ALQUÉZAR. Merci David on reviendra !
