Ocean View W/Golf Cart-Balcony Studio-Grand Turk
10/10 Excellent
"Faith Anne and Ed are just amazing people. The upstairs is a beautiful one bedroom suite that we were rarely in but when we were it was fabulous. The golf cart got us all over the island. We saw so many beaches, we enjoyed the lighthouse and saw the flamingos. All the experiences we were given insider knowledge from Faith Anne and Ed. They also told us about a breakfast place that was wonderful, and with the golf cart easy to get to. Sport (their dog) greets you in the morning and makes sure you are safe inside at night. Honestly all the locations we have stayed in around the world, this is the top VRBO for us. See you guys again soon!"
PRIVATE VILLA WITH BREATHTAKING OCEAN VIEWS, PRIVATE HEATED PLUNGE POOL
10/10 Excellent
"We headed to Grand Turk to get our kids scuba certified with Blue Water Divers. Cactus House was the perfect home base for our stay. The house is newly renovated and situated on a ridge with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The outdoor patio is an amazing place to take it all in. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well appointed, with everything we needed to enjoy our down time when not scuba diving, visiting Governor's beach or the many wonderful restaurants. We loved the vibe and culture of the island and found the locals to be extremely welcoming and friendly. Communicating with our host Khrys was not only seamless but a pleasure. We would highly recommend Cactus House. It's no wonder the owner's chose to make this special place their seasonal home!"
"Quiet, lovely, and friendly place to visit! The above ratings tell it all. Snorkeling out your back door; snorkeling/dive trips, restaurants with great food all within a 15-20 min. walk or bike ride. A great place to “get away” from it all. "
"This property is small and quiet. Best for couples or families who do not require entertainment or distractions. Serene, quaint, and clean little hotel with gorgeous ocean views. The staff is friendly and highly accommodating. Just a handful of people do all the work but do exceptionally well. Major and Crystal were two individuals who stood out during our trip serving us at the Bird Cage Bar and restaurant. We will be coming back."
Villa Sago in Palm Grove, Grand Turk. Just steps away form the pristine beach!
10/10 Excellent
"So close to the beach and all amenities. We enjoyed staying at Villa Sago and would stay again. Kathleen is such a great host, she knew answers to questions I hadn't thought to ask. Getting to Grand Turk is an extra (short) flight, but it is worth it. The island has a more relaxed environment than Providenciales. Kathleen recommended we rent a golf cart, which was the best decision. She really made our Grand Turk experience a success. "
Located on the island of Grand Turk, on Breezy Brae Road with an Atlantic view.
2/10 Terrible
"This listing is in contrary to the property. The cleanliness was poor and the house contained an odor.
Rodent droppings were visible in the sink and floor of the kitchen area and mold on the wall in the hallway, the toilet tissue provided was clearly old and dirty. Few roaches were running through the house.
Check in was posted as 3pm however I checked in at 5pm due to a late show from the host. There was no instructions by the host for check in and access to the property and the contact number provided by Expedia did not work.
Check out as per the Expedia is 1pm however listed on the wall within the home states 11am which also states that persons will be charged late fees
communicating with the host was very difficult and I had to resort to obtaining a contact number via local residents.
