The property needs some maintenance in small places. Like mold in the grout around the tub. But the staff was doing a good job of cleaning and responding to questions. Breakfast was excellent. Some of the best scrambled eggs I have ever had!

The room was dirty—paint was coming off the walls, there was blood smeared on the walls, the couch was stained, the AC hardly worked, the walls were so thin we could hear everyone and everything at all hours of the day. The front staff wasn’t friendly AT ALL. The lady tried telling me I had already received a discount (I had not, I paid full price) when I asked if they did a military discount.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel needs remodeling and better maintenance and upkeep. It smelled unclean. Shower backed up over ankles, toilet kept clogging for no discernable reason.

Common areas are beautifully updated and the place smells clean and fresh. Our room was great other than the fold over door lock thing was hanging off by the screws both on the door and the wall. There were a few things on the floor in the bathroom that could've been vacuumed up but overall still wonderful

The property was quiet. There was a lot of shopping around a lot of places to eat. The location was great. The property was well kept up on the outside however, there were many things wrong with the room my toilet, and my room was cracked and it was leaking in the back, I told the manager about it, when I arrived, there was no telephone in my room. The maids did their job well. However, the floors in my room are very dirty. They didn’t appear to be that way when I got first got there but I spilled something and wiped it up and there was a lot of dirt on the floor, which I didn’t bring in. the front desk people seem to not know how to make keys. I had to go up and ask for new keys because my keys did not work repeatedly.

It was pretty convenient for our purpose, we were in Columbus for a concert at the college, but we didn't want to stay downtown. The night employees were very nice, but we were put off by the front desk person at checkout. She acted like I was bothering her.

TV worked slowly (in responding to remote control) and sometimes not at all. Housekeeping never came during a 3 night stay. Both treadmills in the fitness center didn't work. Showered had mildew and other stains. Couch had visual stains.

I like the handicap accessible room for my husband. I was nice and easy for him to get to. The staff was nice and the room was clean. I was surprised that I had to pay for taxes when I had paid for my room ahead of time. But everything else was fine. Would stay here again.

Ms.Brenda was amazing!! Only thing that bothered me was the 5 dollars I had to pay which doesn’t state anywhere when booking and I didn’t understand the reasoning behind it. And they could tidy up alittle on the rooms(vacuum and bathrooms). The noisy level is bad.

There are only 2 things I can complain about 1- in the suite we had , there was a couple of stains on the couch. 2- this is not the hotels issue but when we woke up the next morning and was getting ready to leave, we were at the wrong La Quinta. Overall appearance, good breakfast and nice, large breakfast area were great! The breakfast attendant and housekeeping staff were amazing! Two of the front desk people, (heavy, white man at night & a white, brown haired female during the day) were cold and unfriendly though. If the two front desk people were nicer, I would give 5 stars. On checkout, there was an older, black woman with longer hair who was very friendly and nice! Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

rooms were dirty and need simple fixes like re-caulking the bathrooms and shampooing the carpets. The rooms smelled really bad and when the water ran the scent coming from the plumbing was nauseating.
