  • Walking distance to the OSU Stadium! This beautifully remodeled 3 story, 4 bedroom and 3 bath home has tons of space for the whole family. Perfect for visiting OSU for games, The James, Short North, Ohio Expo Center, and Crew Stadium. 1.6 miles from OSU stadium. .8 Miles from Ohio Expo Center. 1.5 Miles from Crew Stadium. 2 Miles from OSU main campus. 1.4 Miles from The James. Pet friendly with fully fenced in backyard. Garage and off-street parking. Memory foam mattresses, TVs in all bedrooms.

    Second floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath with walk in shower. Bedrooms are 1 queen with trundle twin, one queen with trundle twin and one bedroom with 2 twins. Third floor contains king bed and second full bath with walk in shower. Ground floor contains another full bath with walk in shower.

    Only guests included on the reservation are to be at the home unless permission is granted by the host ahead of the stay. We do not permit parties, gatherings, etc. Exterior security cameras are on premises. Zero tolerance for parties.

    Early check-in (2pm) and late check-out (12:30pm) are available for an additional $125 each. Pets welcome for $200 cleaning fee.

The home was close to our weekend event at the Ohio State fairgrounds and served our family well. Comfortable and accommodating. The host was extremely helpful and responded to our questions throughout our stay within minutes. We appreciated having a garage for the Honda Pilot and the fenced-in back yard was more than perfect for our little Yorkie to enjoy. This is a very spacious house, and everyone seemed to have ample room for their favorite place to relax. Three full updated bathrooms was perfect and rare to find. Glad we found it.
