This is an attractive red brick building built in the 1940's that has been completely renovated. There are four one story flats/apartments in the building. There are original hardwood floors that have been refinished. The bathroom has new sink, new white subway tile, new fixtures. There are new light fixtures and chandeliers throughout. There's a new kitchen with beautiful new oak countertops, new stainless appliances, and a sleek glass tile backsplash. Laundry facilities in basement. Nice backyard for pets. Clean, bright, sunny and spacious unit!

Very clean nice and updated apartment. However there was no mention of being on the second floor with stairs which was ok but led to slight delay finding the unit. Biggest thing there was no additional heat which was probably just a one time thing and was going to be addressed but after our one night stay. So it was chilly. Yes I would stay here again.

Suburban Columbus retreat
I stayed at this cute apartment for a week while I worked at OSU. It’s just under 10 minutes to the campus in a quiet neighborhood, which was perfect. The bed was comfortable. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. It would have been nice to have had a blanket in addition to the comforter readily accessible/available during the winter months, and a box of tissues in the bathroom. He thought of everything else, though.
