The location was great for our purposes being close to the airport and easy to get to Easton Town Center. Check in was easy and he even let us check in a little early which was nice. It is an older home with a lot of dark painted walls that are light gray and fresh and modern looking in the pictures. There are window A/C units for the bedrooms that the pictures do not show, with one bedroom having no A/C as it doesn’t have a window. The back family room was hard to regulate temperature and was too warm on the hotter days. There are a lot of fans throughout which helped. It would also be helpful to have enough dishes and silverware for the number of people that the place sleeps, as well as more towel racks/hooks in the master bathroom. The back yard is not kept up like the pictures show. There was mold on the patio furniture and the water in the hot tub was cloudy. We had looked forward to enjoying the back yard, but didn’t use it at all. We managed ok but just felt misled by the online listing.

Underwhelming
I was really excited to stumble upon a place with such good reviews that was affordable for our last minute trip to the Easton town center. Charles was really good about laying out check in/check out instructions prior to arrival. The photos looked great. Initial walk through once we arrived was disappointing, because of the lack of cleanliness. None of which I would be able to see in photos online. The bathroom trim was either missing or filthy in the first bathroom I walked through. The bath tub was white, with a black rubber mat, and when I ran the water to warm it for a shower, dirt came off of the mat and was scattered in the water in the bottom of the tub. The shelf in the shower was not wiped clean, I almost didn't want to place my toiletries in there while showering. I then saw the laundry room which seemed fine, the curtain by the washer was pulled back (different from the listed picture online) and at the base around the piping of utilities was gathered pieces of broken, chewed egg cartons and dirt, as if a pest had gathered it there. (I also saw this in the closet in the master bedroom). Our first night was election night. We were informed to keep the noise down as part of local laws, which was fine. I was abruptly woken by what seemed like a gun shot around 2 am, and then again around 2:25 AM. When my husband woke up to check the sliding door to the master bedroom, we realized it was not locked, nor did it lock at all. Ice maker didn't work. Water on bathroom ceil
