Property have cracks in the drywall, leaking bath tub, dog poop in the flower bed, unstable steps, etc. The pictures presented on the listing used AI to make the pictures look presentable, but this property is not up to standards. This deal was not fair. The pictures presented something different than what we experienced upon arrival.
Unstable and not safe steps.
House maintenance is poor.
