We are centrally located in the historic Overlook neighborhood. You can be almost anywhere notable in Columbus or Fort Benning within 15 minutes of closing the apartment door.

Need to stretch your legs after a long day, feel free to do so as you enjoy the historic architecture in Overlook or drive a mile down the road and walk along the Columbus River Walk, either way you can't go wrong.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was both beautiful and cozy—perfect for our family. The decor was stylish and welcoming, and the little touches, like USB phone chargers, made a big difference. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and we felt right at home.

Graduation

The property was very clean and newly remodeled. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. We have no complaints and would stay there again! It was close to Fort Moore and very easy to get to the base from the property.

Perfect Apartment

Our family of 5 stayed in the apartment while visiting our son who is completing Army training at Ft. Moore. Apartment was beautiful, clean, met our needs, & hosts had excellent communication. The rugged outside of the unit doesn’t not match the inside. Neighbors were friendly & we felt safe in the neighborhood. Easy checkin & checkout. Would stay again!

From the booking to the check out the host was promptly communicative and always accommodating. Unlike some other properties, this apartment in person was as depicted on the site with very nice furnishings and clean on check in. Convenient location to down town Columbus. Would certainly stay again.

Great little apartment and perfect size for a family. Everything is remodeled and beautiful. Just few minutes drive from the waterfront, and all the fun activities! The host were super easy to contact and very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend!

Sweet Little Apartment

Great Place!

This apartment was exactly as the listing described—newly remodeled, modern kitchen, clean space, etc. Jenny and Justin were super quick to respond and very helpful. The only reason the overall rating is a 4 instead of a 5 is because the bed was uncomfortable, so it made it hard to sleep. But overall it was a lovely stay and we would stay again!!

Exactly as described

Clean, quiet, modern and exactly as described. We stayed for 6 days for our son’s airborne jump week and graduation. It was very easy to get to Fort Moore and close to downtown. Communication with owner was great. Highly recommend. 5 Stars.

Regional Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses

We attended the Regional Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses from July 12-14. The apartment was quiet, close, spacious and comfortable for an family of 4. We had less than 10 minutes drive to the Columbus Civic Center and very convenient for us. We will definitely stay here again for other trips to Columbus, GA from Albany, GA. like an weekend getaway for the family. Michael, Wendy, Sofia and Yuliana

Excellent Experience

Loved our stay. Never had an apartment before & was really like being at home. My DIL mentioned each time coming through the door, “Home Sweet Home” We will be looking forward to our next booking with Justin. He’s was extremely easy to work with. Tastefully decorated by his wife & we now want our own coat/shoe nook.

Beautiful home---hidden gem

The Home: The house is beautifully designed, with modern furnishings and plenty of space. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the entire place was spotless. The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even more beautiful in person! Amenities: We loved the porch (2nd floor) while sipping coffee in the morning. The Wi-Fi was strong, and we had no issues with any of the appliances. Very close to everything (restaurants and downtown attractions). Host: The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We will definitely stay again. Con: Neighbor's pet had taken a poop without it being picked up (maybe suggest bags for pet waste pick-up).

BEST PLACE EVER !!!!!! 10 out of 10 !!!!! ;)

I'll start by saying the host(s) were very professional with a quick response turnaround time with all/any questions I had. The place itself was FABULOUS. It was remodeled with talent and attention to detail and it shows!!! The restroom is STUNNING from light fixtures to the hardware and showerhead. There's plenty of cabinet space and I especially loved the rubber padding that protects the sliding shower door against the very nice choice of tile. Beds were so comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. The kitchen, cookware and utensils made it convenient to even make a few home cooked meals for my son in law (who had just graduated basic training at Ft. Moore and was the reason for the trip from Houston). We will be back up in October for his Infantry Graduation and look forward to staying at any one the Crotts' properties then as well .

The apartment was wonderful. First impression, I was a little concerned because some of the adjoining units had some torn up blinds and a run down car was in the parking area. But once we walked into the apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and very nice. My teenagers were very impressed. Anything we needed was at the apartment. They even had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I could tell the property owners put a lot of thought and consideration into what their renters would need. The owners communicated very well throughout the entire process. The surrounding area seemed good and it was a good location to everything. Not too far from base either if you came to see your soldier, like we did. I would stay again and would recommend it to anyone. A great property.

Highly recommend!

We stayed at this property for my son's Turning Green Ceremony. I wanted a place that he could truly relax and I could prepare home cooked meals. We got that and so much more.Everything we needed was provided. The kitchen is fully stocked like your kitchen at home. It made cooking all of our meals very easy. There is plenty of dinnerware, pots, pans and baking dishes. Bedding was excellent quality and the beds were extremely comfortable, including the futon. The towels, water pressure and bathroom were also excellent. The AC kept the place very comfortable.The apartment is very clean and up to date. Parking at the location is a private lot, there is enough parking for you to have two cars. It is also very easy to find. It was about 15 minutes from the base and 30 minutes from the field where th ceremony was held. There is a grocery store and a Walmart within about 15 minutes of the apartment. There is a train that runs in the morning that you hear, but we never noticed noise from traffic.Hosts were quick to respond with questions that we had and gave us a lot of great information prior to us arriving. We will return here from any other ceremonies or visits that would bring us to the area.
